Preparing you to progress
The Great British Barber Bash team recently visited Sunderland College to demonstrate the latest barbering techniques, tips, advice and inspiration to students.
Level 2 and 3 Barbering students who attended the workshop and presentation evening saw the barber bash team showcase three top quality on trend haircuts, three modern male haircuts and received a fantastic goody bag. The team also took their time to explain thoroughly the procedure and there methods whilst working on the models throughout the event.
The evening gave students a chance to take and experience new techniques along with new styles to take back to the salon with them. The session also gave students the inspiration to see themselves as a successful barber in the future.
Sharon Smith, Sunderland College Barbering Lecturer said:
“It was fantastic to host the barber bash event at our City Campus, the team spent most of the afternoon and evening with our students and they were so grateful for this. We all thoroughly enjoyed the visit and are hoping it can become an annual event for our students!”
Students from Sunderland College and Northumberland College recently went head-to-head in an inter-college barbering competition.
